Ethiopia Halo Hartume

The Coffee was  grown by Luel Alberta at the at the farm Gödel, Halo Hartume. the o process that they did is a Natural process, The cherries are dried in the sun on so called African Raise Beds for approx. 18-21days. In the day time the cherries need to be raked permanently in order to ensure a consistent drying process. In the day time it will be cover from 12to 3pm in order to protect from sun ray. As well in as night time to protect it from rain fall.
